Telefónica Distrito C, business park, Madrid
“The landscape we saw as possibly the most important integrating factor for the campus style architecture along with the immense building canopy. We gave a landscape design brief that would give the employee the chance to relax away from the office in a wide range of space types with the possibility to meet and interact with other people or just to work alone undisturbed within the landscape if desired.
Primary importance was placed on a need to produce a scheme that fulfilled a important sustainable company programme and future maintenance. Spaceco-op / James Braybrooke we feel could bring the international experience and qualities needed to achieve our goals and the result is a unique Business Park that will mature into one of the best of its type in Europe.”
