Logistic centre @ Banyeres del Penedès - waiting for the landscape

Fantastic progress at Banyeres del Penedès in Spain where ground works, foundation and pillars are all now complete; roofing, cladding, electrical and fire protection work are also well under way.
Spacecoop is designing the external areas of the Logistic Centre with Scannell Properties.
This 60,800 build-to-suit development is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding certification for its sustainable building design and landscaping.

Korys launching

Spacecoop had the pleasure to work side by side with L35 Architects and AEDAS Homes on the residential development of Korys in Madrid.
The project was successfully presented last week by the L35 team. Spacecoop has followed all the design phases along the architectural team.
