Spacecoop have been commissioned by L35 to design all the exterior spaces for the new Mall of Rabat 45,000 sqm. The mall is a mixed-use development by Imkan and bridges over to their Public Realm seafront project Le Carrousel also being designed by Spacecoop/LDC lighting and Oase.
Airbus Expansion Work Begins

The expansion of Airbus' facilities in La Carpetania Business Park in Getafe has already begun and is expected to be operational within one year. The complex designed by Lamela Architects will be built on a plot of 32,000m2 and will have two connected L-shaped buildings with a total of 20,685m2, including an area for industrial works, a clean area and an administrative area. Spacecoop is responsible for the design of all the external areas (11,300m2).
Buyukyali, construction works continues at full steam

The mega residential project Buyukyali in Istanbul, set on the coastline of the Marmara Sea is on site. With a spectacular location, it is to become one of Turkey's most exciting residential-led mixed use development. Chapman Taylor (Madrid) together with the international landscape architecture office Spacecoop have designed the luxury development that is described as 'Four Quarters, One Neighbourhood'. The scheme includes a broad range of uses with a 5 star hotel, luxury branded residences, 1,500 homes, 15,000 sqm of restaurants, shops and leisure space and 20,000 sqm of offices.
Mall of Qatar soft opening

Mall of Qatar officially opened its doors to the public with a soft opening on the 10th of December 2016, the Oasis at the heart of the Commercial Centre has been a great success.
