Fantastic progress at Banyeres del Penedès in Spain where ground works, foundation and pillars are all now complete; roofing, cladding, electrical and fire protection work are also well under way.
Spacecoop is designing the external areas of the Logistic Centre with Scannell Properties.
This 60,800 build-to-suit development is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding certification for its sustainable building design and landscaping.

Last Saturday, October 4th, the renovation of the leisure center Diversia, located in Alcobendas, was inaugurated. Spacecoop was the studio responsible for the design of the outdoor areas. It has been a great success.

We have achieved SITES AP accreditation and our team is ready to lead a construction project aiming for SITES certification.
SITES certification is specific to landscape projects, with or without buildings.
SITES-certified projects help reduce water demand, filter and reduce stormwater runoff, provide wildlife habitat, reduce energy consumption, improve air quality, improve human health, and increase outdoor recreation opportunities.
